Welcome to Lunchbox Cuisine. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

Lunchbox Cuisine provides breakfast and lunch catering delivery services to businesses and organizations within the Houston, Texas area. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders must be placed through our website or approved ordering method. Payment is required in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit and debit cards.

3. Delivery

We deliver to business addresses within our designated service area. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, including building access instructions.

Lunchbox Cuisine is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect address information

  • Restricted building access

  • Severe weather

  • Traffic or events outside our control

4. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least [48 hours] prior to scheduled delivery. Orders canceled after this timeframe may be non-refundable due to food preparation and purchasing commitments.

5. Food & Allergies

While we strive to accommodate dietary needs, our kitchen may handle common allergens including nuts, dairy, wheat, eggs, and soy. Customers are responsible for communicating allergy concerns prior to ordering.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, images, and written materials are the property of Lunchbox Cuisine and may not be used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lunchbox Cuisine’s liability is limited to the total amount paid for the order. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
